African Gold Group, Inc. (AGG) is a junior mineral exploration company engaged in the business of acquiring, exploring and evaluating natural resource properties. Through its subsidiaries, the Company controls prospective exploration concessions covering segments of mineralized belts in regions of Ghana and Mali, West Africa. AGG’s key gold projects include the Kobada project in Mali, and the Mankranho, Nyankumasi and Asankrangwa Holdings in Ghana, West Africa. The Asankrangwa Holdings in Africa comprise the Ayaco, Twedee, Moseaso, Tropical and Manso Atwere licenses. The Mali concessions, comprising Kobada, Foroko and Acoma, span 216 square kilometers of land located in the Kangaba region of Mali. The Company’s mineral properties include the 108 square kilometer Mankranho Concession, located in the northeastern end of the Sefwi gold belt in Ghana and contiguous with Newmont Mining Corporation’s 1.8 million ounce Ahafo project.
